Join our Tewa Market @ White Rock team as a Sales Associate/Cashier. Closing shift Monday-Friday 10:45A – 7:15P; OR the Weekend shift Saturday & Sunday, 7:45 A.M. to 6:15 P.M.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience is preferred but we will train you.
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash management.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Able to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job description:
The Tewa Market Store Manager contributes to our success by providing exceptional customer service to all our customers while selecting, hiring, training, and developing a staff to execute retail programs to their maximum potential. You will create an experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality food and beverage products and a clean and comfortable site environment. You will assist the Retail General Manager as field support for (2) convenience stores and gas stations; and provide direct oversight and responsibility for assigned locations, leading store level employees to maximize sales and gross profit dollars while managing expenses and protecting the company’s assets.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); AND, 12 months of relevant convenience store and fuel station experience to the duties and responsibilities outlined; AND, 2 years leadership experience.
Other requirements: Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include, mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Self-starter who can lead others with enthusiasm.
